Advisory Audit Board – Independent Members

The Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body (SPCB) has an Advisory Audit Board which provides advice to the Parliament’s Clerk/Chief Executive and, where appropriate, the SPCB on finance, audit, risk and governance matters.

The SPCB is seeking to appoint two new independent members from June 2017.

You will have excellent communication skills and demonstrable experience of governance issues at a senior level.  One of the two members will be a qualified accountant with significant expertise and experience.

The time commitment is 12 days per annum and is remunerated at £312 per day.
