Ms Goodlet is a Chartered Accountant with a strong background in both practice and industry. She trained with Nelson Gilmour Smith, a well-regarded independent firm in Glasgow, where she developed extensive experience across audit, accounts preparation and taxation.

In 2021, she moved into industry and has since held finance roles across plant hire, construction and commercial property.

At 91BC, Ms Goodlet will lead the development of the company’s finance function, supporting strategic planning, driving financial performance, and ensuring the business has the systems and capability required for its next phase of expansion.

She is a strong advocate for developing and supporting her team, fostering a collaborative environment where people can perform at their best.
