The acquisition establishes an immediate presence in key markets and creates a strong platform for future growth. While the initial focus is on organic expansion, further strategic acquisitions have not been ruled out as the business develops.

The launch consolidates over 80 years of combined experience and sets out to raise the standard in short-term immigration and other services. Mr Thomson, co-managing partner of Visas2, previously built and sold Aberdeen-based The Visa Team to a global provider and has more than 20 years’ industry experience. He said: “This strategic acquisition provided the ideal foundation for launching Visas2.
