A London property fetched a whooping £37.5 million becoming the most expensive UK property sale in Q2 2022.
Located in at 15 Phillimore Gardens in Kensington, the two-bed house went on sale in May. The semi-detached property was valued at £1.7m in 2002 but has massively increased in value, MyLondon reports.
The next closest property, which sold for £26.25m, was an apartment at 1 Grosvenor square.
