A piece of 1990s television history is heading to auction later this month, as one of the original Mr Blobby costumes is set to go under the hammer in Bristol.
The distinctive pink-and-yellow costume, worn by the chaotic character who became a household name through Noel’s House Party, is one of just three original versions created during the height of “Blobby-mania”.
Auctioneers expect the costume to sell for between £3,000 and £5,000 when it is offered for sale on 29 June, BBC News reports.
