And finally… card to believe it

And finally... card to believe it

An Arizona man’s routine stop at a petrol station turned into an unlikely encounter with rock legend Alice Cooper.

Geoff Guy was trying to pay for fuel when he discovered a bank card jammed inside the payment machine. After removing it, he was surprised to find the card belonged to none other than shock-rock star Alice Cooper.

Rather than hand it in and leave it at that, Guy set about tracking down the singer. His search led him to Alice Cooper’s Solid Rock youth centre in Phoenix, where he was able to arrange the card’s safe return.

Cooper later revealed he had accidentally left it behind while in the area for a round of golf, The Detroit News reports.

The rocker thanked Guy for his honesty with a signed copy of his latest album, but the real story is the simple act of going the extra mile to return a lost bank card.
