And finally… Carr-boot
Hundreds of unwanted treasures from the Scottish castle bought by comedian Alan Carr are heading to auction.
More than 400 items left behind by the previous owner of Ayton Castle in the Scottish Borders – including Victorian furniture, artwork, rugs and ceramics – will go under the hammer before Carr moves in.
Among the standout lots is a Bentley expected to fetch between £20,000 and £30,000, STV News reports.
Carr’s new life restoring the historic castle will also feature in an upcoming Disney+ series.
