A Fife man’s collection of DC Comics has sold at auction for more than twice its £10,000 estimate.
The collector from Kirkcaldy sold the lot for £27,000 on Tuesday.
A total of 225 comics were included in the lot and were sold in The Brave and The Bold sale at McTear’s Auctioneers, Fife Today reports.
It was one of the biggest collections of DC Comics to come to auction in Scotland.
