And finally… iron will

A coin from the 17th Century has been discovered in Guernsey by a metal detectorist.
Nicola White said she found the coin from the 1600s on the grounds of Sausmarez Manor last week.
The coin, worth 1/8th of a Livre Tounois, a medieval French currency, dates back to between 1655 and 1658 during the reign of Louis XIV.
Ms White said the coin was considered “rarer than scarce” and she also found a modern gold ring and current currency during her search, BBC News reports.
The coin has since been given to the land owner.
