In Canada, an ‘unappreciated’ mother has invoiced her son for roughly £20,000, after financially supporting him for 13 months and receiving no recognition for it.
The bill included a charge of around £520 for being “an a******”.
The invoice is “for services delivered free of charge” in the past 13 months and tuition fees for the past 5 years, including things like internet, TV, cleaning and the cost of being driven everywhere.
The total cost, including tax, coming to around £20,000.
Chalipo, a full time student and Reddit user, was in full support of his mother’s actions, and wrote: “This was a very effective parenting technique and it has helped me to realize what an entitled little sh*t I have been.
“I hope to one day be successful enough to support my family and repay her, but she doesn’t expect me to.”
