A sheepdog has been sold at auction for a record-breaking £12,000.
The sale of ten-month-old Tynygraig Jet marks the most expensive sale for a working sheepdog under 12 months old, iNews reports.
The male dog was sold by Dewi Jenkins, of Tal-y-bont in Ceredigion, West Wales, at Skipton Auction Mart in North Yorkshire.
The previous record at the centre for a dog under 12 months was £7,035.
