Ms Carson brings more than 25 years of experience in financial services, most recently as regional head of distribution for Rathbones Wealth Management, where she led business development across Scotland and Northern Ireland. Her career also includes senior roles with LGT Wealth Management, Butterfield Private Bank, and within the RBS Group, including positions at Coutts and NatWest Private Banking. She is a Chartered Fellow of the CISI and a Diploma member of the PFS, dedicating time as Membership Officer for the Central Scotland PFS region.

Ms added: “I’m delighted to be joining the team at Cazenove Capital as the firm continues to build on established partnerships with financial advisers while developing new relationships across Scotland and the North of England.

“I look forward to working with advisers to support the investment requirements of their high-net-worth clients through a bespoke offering and a consistently high standard of service.

“Cazenove Capital has a long-standing reputation in this area, and advisers can have full confidence in our depth of experience, quality of service, and the additional resources of the wider Schroders Group.”

Bob Hair, head of UK regions, Cazenove Capital, said: “Cazenove Capital continues to build strong growth momentum. We are thrilled to welcome someone of Lynsey’s exceptional calibre, deep experience and excellent reputation in the marketplace.
