CBRE secures new tenant for Strathclyde Business Park
Real estate advisor CBRE has announced it has secured a new tenant for Carnbroe House in Strathclyde Business Park, Bellshill on behalf of the landlord, Flagship Property Solutions.
Global mobility and connectivity company Radius, which offers fuel, telematics, telecoms, insurance, vehicle hire and EV charging, has taken a suite on the ground floor of Carnbroe House, extending to 4,500 sq ft, on a five-year lease. It is Radius’ first operation in Scotland.
Carnbroe House is a modern, standalone office pavilion located in Strathclyde Business Park. It provides flexible and open plan floor plates, all set within mature parkland and benefitting from a number of on-site amenities including two restaurants, a convenience store, a gym and a hairdresser. The Park is also widely regarded as the best business park location in Scotland. Suites from 2,000 sq ft to 7,500 sq ft remain available.

CBRE acted for the landlord, Flagship Property Solutions, in the transaction whilst the tenant was unrepresented.
