The firm has moved into a larger 1200 square foot office space at Fairways House in the city’s Fairways Business Park.

The move follows rapid growth of its initial team of two with the firm now currently recruiting its eighth Inverness-based colleague. The new premises will enable C+T s to further expand with capacity to double in size within the new premises.

Since opening its Inverness office, the firm has reported strong growth across a number of key Highlands sectors, including owner-managed businesses, landed estates, farming, food and drink, charities and partnerships, supported by a thriving local market.

Shona Fraser director and joint head of C+T’s Inverness office, said: “This is another exciting step forward in the progress of Chiene + Tait. In the two and half years since opening the Inverness office we’ve significantly grown the business across the Highlands. The new, larger premises will give us room to further expand the firm and allow us to double our overall team going forward.

“We’ve built a strong practice working with local entrepreneurs and business people across a number of key sectors within the Highlands. Our clients have also benefitted from the wider specialisms within C+T’s Edinburgh head office, including a market-leading R&D tax relief service and our digital accounting software team.”
