Corporate recovery unit launched

Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) and Ryden have launched an enhanced restructuring and corporate recovery offering across Scotland.
The launch comes against a backdrop of heightened corporate insolvency activity and significant macroeconomic turbulence.
David Fraser, partner in residential investment & development at Ryden, said: “In today’s market, simply putting a distressed asset on the market is rarely enough, true value is unlocked by understanding how buildings can be repositioned, repurposed, or adapted for alternative uses.”
Michael Booth, head of asset advisory at LSH, added: “With escalating operational costs and supply chain strains continuing to place acute pressure on manufacturing, logistics, and engineering businesses, having a specialist team that understands the value of all asset classes and the ability to realise that value is vital.”
He said the partnership with Ryden aims to bridge the gap between local market intelligence in Scotland and national recovery reach.
