ESPC appoints first non-solicitor estate agent to board of directors

ESPC has appointed Louisa Raistrick, head of estate agency at Coulters, as a non-executive director on to its board.
Her term is due to commence on 1st January 2026, subject to ratification at the ESPC AGM in November.
Ms Raistrick brings over 20 years of experience in residential property within the Edinburgh and Lothians sector, as well as extensive knowledge of property valuation, marketing and purchase negotiation and estate agency software.
She will be the first non-solicitor ESPC estate agent to join the ESPC board, which has historically been comprised of solicitors from ESPC’s member firms and other leading business professionals with extensive experience in technology and marketing. Ms Raistrick’s appointment marks an important step in strengthening collaboration between the solicitor and estate agency sides of the business and reflects ESPC’s ongoing commitment to representing the full breadth of its membership.
