Eversheds Sutherland poaches Andrew Fordham from Addleshaw Goddard

Eversheds Sutherland has hired Addleshaw Goddard veteran Andrew Fordham as a finance partner to strengthen its international banking and finance practice.
The appointment will also boost its capabilities across key UK and global markets. Mr Fordham brings extensive experience advising lenders, private equity sponsors, corporates and management teams on complex financing transactions. His practice spans acquisition finance, real estate finance, asset-based lending and corporate banking matters.
Prior to joining Addleshaw Goddard, Mr Fordham was a partner in Squire Patton Boggs’ Financial Services practice.
He will work closely with partner Paul Castle and colleagues across Eversheds Sutherland’s international platform, supporting clients on domestic and cross-border transactions across a wide range of sectors and markets.
Eversheds Sutherland’s Finance group has also welcomed a number of strategic partner hires this year including Simon Thomas, Linn Mayhew, Zaid Al-Farisi and Benjamin Marché.
