Experian joins Scottish Financial Enterprise

Global information services company Experian has joined Scottish Financial Enterprise as it looks to engage with new opportunities in the Scottish financial services marketplace.

Experian gathers, analyses and processes data to help individuals take financial control and access financial services. It also helps businesses make smarter decisions and lenders to lend more


Organisations can also utilise Experian’s services to prevent identity fraud and crime.

Experian has operated in Scotland via its Edinburgh base for over 25 years, providing support to its Scottish customers based here. Today the team has grown to over 20 people covering the full range of Experian solutions from Data and Analytics for business and consumers, to Marketing Services, Identity and Fraud, Strategy and Innovation, Project Management and Economics, alongside a core client team working with a number of strategic clients.

The company is listed on the London Stock Exchange (EXPN) and are a constituent of the FTSE 100 Index.

Scottish Financial Enterprise members were introduced to Experian today at the company’s debut member event, which looked at delivering value through data in a digital age.
