Mr Lee will join the operational leadership team, bringing with him more than two decades of experience in financial services. Prior to joining the firm, he was director of finance and investment operations at Aviva plc and has also held senior finance roles at Standard Life and M&G/Prudential.

A chartered accountant and with an MBA from the University of Edinburgh, he specialises in leading complex finance functions to drive operational excellence and support strategic growth.
