Former Rangers administrator sues Lord Advocate

A former administrator of Rangers is suing the Lord Advocate and others over a move to freeze his assets in 2015.

David Whitehouse was appointed to the former club, Rangers Football Club PLC, with Paul Clark in 2012 after Craig Whyte declared it insolvent.

Mr Whyte was cleared of taking over the club by fraud in May 2011.

Last year Mr Whitehouse and Mr Clark began legal proceeding against the Lord Advocate and Chief Constable of Police Scotland.
