Former Saffery Champness partner named new chairman of Edinburgh property investment firm

Ronnie Ludwig has been appointed as chairman of Grant Property, the Edinburgh-based property investment company which celebrated 21 years in business last month.

Mr Ludwig recently retired from accountancy firm Saffery Champness where he was a senior partner and head of the firm’s private wealth group.

He said: “I’m honoured to be invited to become chairman of Grant Property. It is a progressive and expanding company, and is becoming well known by canny investors in the UK and across the world.”



Now in its 21st year of operation, Grant Property sources and manages UK residential property for investment with a focus is on securing the best overall returns in rental yield and capital appreciation.

The company deals with the lettings of traditional properties throughout the UK on behalf of investors worldwide.

Grant Property’s managing director, John Moran, said that the firm is delighted that Ronnie has accepted their invitation.

Concentrating on 10 cities across the UK, specifically those with a high student population, Grant Property has dealt with over 2500 UK properties for clients in over 30 countries, managing a portfolio of £300m.
