Gillespie Macandrew has appointed three new senior appointments to strengthen its planning, corporate and finance teams.
Nikki Robertson joins the firm as head of finance. She brings expertise in financial planning and analysis, business partnering, governance, regulatory processes and Board-level reporting. She combines strong financial discipline and control with a practical, collaborative approach to supporting sustainable growth.
Douglas Roberts joins its corporate division as a partner advising employee-owned businesses on reorganisations, acquisitions and disposals, while also drawing on his extensive corporate law experience to support clients on mergers and acquisitions, equity investments and a broad range of strategic advisory matters.
And Chris Devlin an accredited specialist in Planning and Environmental Law, joins the firm’s specialist planning team as a partner, bringing extensive experience advising on complex development, infrastructure, housing, renewables and public sector projects across Scotland.
The appointments take the firm’s partnership to a record 30 Partners and come as Gillespie Macandrew surpasses £20 million turnover for the first time.
