Gilson Gray reported revenues of more than £32 million for its 2023-2024 financial year. Between 2024 and 2025, the firm has delivered £40m of turnover (a 25% year on year increase), and based on the first half of the 2025-26 financial year, expectation is to break £50m in revenue (a further 20% growth year on year).

The firm’s momentum is being fuelled by a series of strategic senior appointments across its London and Lincoln offices. Recent hires include Jeremy Davy, who joined as partner and head of residential conveyancing for England and Wales, and Steven Eckett, who becomes head of employment for England.

Now employing close to 500 people and operating from offices in London, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dundee, East Lothian, Aberdeen, Lincoln, and Angus, Gilson Gray continues its nationwide expansion while retaining the agility, culture, and client-first approach that define the firm.
