Grainger Corporate Rescue and Recovery appointed liquidator of Whiteford Contracting Limited

Derek Jackson of Grainger Corporate Rescue and Recovery has been appointed as liquidator of Ayrshire-based engineering company Whiteford Contracting Limited.
The firm, which traded from traded from Kirkmichael Road in Crosshill, has had its address updated to the liquidator’s location in a public document.
Company members passed a resolution stating “it has been proved to the satisfaction of the members that the company is insolvent and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and, accordingly, that the company be wound up voluntarily”.
According to accounts posted in 2024, the firm had six employees, The Herald reports.
