Hampden Bank appoints two business development directors
Graeme Mann
Edinburgh-headquartered Hampden Bank has appointed Graeme Mann as business development director.
Mr Mann joins the private bank’s Edinburgh office from Coutts. He is an experienced banking and business development professional with over 25 years in financial services, specialising in relationship management, commercial growth, and customer experience.
Before joining Hampden, he had a Scotland-wide business development role at Coutts and, in previous posts, held a number of senior roles at Royal Bank of Scotland, including regional business development manager.
Mark Prentice, head of banking (Scotland), said: “Experienced professionals of Graeme’s calibre are increasingly drawn to us, and that is something we are really proud of.
“With his extensive experience in financial services and a strong track record in business development and relationship management, he will play a key role in our continued growth in Scotland.”
The bank has also appointed Paul de la Salle as business development director in its London office.
Mr de la Salle joins Hampden from City Finance Brokers where he was a Private Client Adviser, and brings expertise from across private banking, mortgage broking, and business development. He previously held senior roles at Smith & Williamson, Arena Wealth Partners, and Barclays where he spent over 25 years.
Hannah Berridge, head of banking (South), said: “Paul’s appointment is a fantastic addition to our London team. He brings considerable depth of experience across private banking, wealth management, and mortgage broking, having held senior roles at some of the most respected names in the industry.
“We look forward to that expertise helping us grow and strengthen our presence across the south of England.”
