Henderson Loggie expands corporate finance team

Henderson Loggie has expanded its corporate finance team with the appointment of Jamie Beal as senior manager.

Mr Beal joins the east coast accountancy firm from William Duncan + Co and pervious to that working at HW Corporate Finance.

Henderson Loggie said its latest appointee brings operational experience to the role as former managing director of an industrial textiles business, during which time he made significant changes resulting in record profit levels. Mr Beal also ultimately oversaw the sale of the business, realising full value for shareholders, Henderson Loggie noted.

Jamie will contribute to continuing the growth of the department, particularly in respect of M&A and fundraising assignments across Scotland’s central belt.
