ICAS has revealed the 35 leading Chartered Accountants aged 35 and under who make up its CA Rising Stars class of 2026, celebrating talent from across the global profession.

Selected from a highly competitive pool of nominations, the 2026 cohort spans four categories: Ethical Leaders, Innovators in Technology, Changemakers, and Community and Social Value. Their achievements range from driving innovation and strengthening trust, to championing sustainability, equality, diversity and inclusion, and delivering meaningful social value.

Cat Devaney CA, ICAS executive director of learning and a judge on this year’s panel, said: “Our 35 CA Rising Stars represent the very best of the profession’s future.

“The calibre of nominations was outstanding, making the judging process both inspiring and challenging. Those shortlisted stood out not only for their talent and ambition, but for the leadership, innovation and integrity they bring to their work.

“We’re proud to recognise these outstanding individuals and celebrate the impact they’re already making. They reflect the depth and diversity of talent across the profession, setting a powerful example for the next generation of Chartered Accountants. Congratulations to everyone in the 35, you thoroughly deserve to be recognised.”

As part of the programme, the 35 Rising Stars will gain opportunities to raise their professional profile, connect with inspiring peers, and engage with senior leaders from across the profession.
