Law At Work appoints new financial controller

Employment law, HR and health and safety specialists Law At Work (LAW) have appointed a new financial controller as part of their strategy to expand operations in Scotland and England.

Lynne Bell, a qualified chartered accountant will operate from LAW’s Glasgow office and has already developed plans to strengthen some of the current processes, to ensure that the company continues to provide efficient service to all clients.

With nearly ten years of experience, Ms Bell has extensive knowledge of both public and private financial sectors and brings a wealth of knowledge of internal and external auditing practices which will support the firms consultancy services.



She was most recently employed at Mazars, the UK’s eighth largest accountancy firm. Joining in 2006, she trained as an audit senior, before qualifying as a chartered accountant. She has experience across a variety of industries including space technology, hospitality and manufacturing, and has worked with both owner-managed businesses and major Plcs.

LAW, which has offices in Edinburgh and Glasgow, has made a number of strategic appointments in recent months as part of their UK-wide growth strategy, which has also seen the appointment of Douglas Cameron as Head of Health & Safety.
