Law firm fails to avoid paying £50,000 contribution to £10m pension pot shortfall

A law firm’s bid to avoid contributing more than £50,000 to the Scottish Solicitors’ Staff Pension Fund’s £10 million deficit has been rejected by the Inner House of the Court of Session.
