Independent UK law firm, Burges Salmon, has today announced that it has secured leased office space at Atria One in Edinburgh’s Exchange business district, next door to the Edinburgh International Conference Centre.

It is leasing 6,229 sq ft of office space on the second floor of Atria One on a 10 year lease.

Burges Salmon is expected to take occupancy during 2019 after a design and fit out programme to include office workspace and a client suite, focused on enabling collaborative working with its expanding Scottish client base.

This initiative will support the continued growth of the firm’s successful and long standing Scottish practice and enhance our ability to support those key clients in Scotland.

“In conjunction with our existing Bristol and London offices, this new Edinburgh office will support our delivery of excellent client service across the whole of the UK. We are committed to delivering a modern and high quality office fit out to provide an outstanding working environment for our people.”
