Letter to the Editor - Peter O’Connor, Financial Services Compensation Scheme

I was interested to read Jordan Stodart’s piece on peer-to-peer lending.

Jordan was right to say FSCS doesn’t protect P2P schemes in themselves, but, for information, we HAVE protected bad advice on P2P lending since April this year.

This change brings our protection on P2P advice in line with that for other investment services.
