Lindsays expands corporate team with new Glasgow partner

Law firm Lindsays has appointed Ian Mitchell as a Partner in its corporate team based in Glasgow.

Mr Mitchell has 20 years’ experience in advising a wide range of clients in relation to corporate transactions and commercial contract work over the life of a business.

In particular he has experience in relation to private equity investment.



He acted for the Scottish Investment Bank for 10 years advising on its investments into tech, life sciences and renewable energy businesses in Scotland, including a period as a secondee investment manager.

He has worked with businesses including large corporates, owner-managed businesses, investors and companies raising investment, public sector bodies, funders and charities.
