Recognised for its expertise in business internationalisation, Strategem has been the sole framework holder with Scotland’s national economic development agency, Scottish Enterprise, for more than a decade. It exclusively operates the award-winning ‘Preparing to Export Framework Programme’ which is a Scotland wide initiative focused on early stage exporting experience and supports over 100 companies per year.

The business has also partnered with Scottish Development International, Glasgow City Council, East Lothian Council, and South of Scotland Enterprise to support hundreds of Scottish businesses across a range of challenges including leadership, growth, internationalisation and sales.

Since its founding in 1999, Strategem has been led by managing director, John Meiklejohn, who will continue to play an active role in the growth of Strategem as founding consultant, with the full team of ten consulting partners also retained.
