The awards, held at The Brewery in London on 18 March, are now in their 21st year, recognising excellence across the advice sector.

PAFS’ win highlights the firm’s focus on workplace culture, employee wellbeing and professional development, with judges recognising its efforts to create a positive and supportive environment for staff.

Phil Anderson, director at PAFS, said the recognition was particularly meaningful given the emphasis on people within the business.

“This is a fantastic achievement for our whole team,” he said. “We’ve always believed that if you look after your people, they will deliver the best outcomes for clients. To be recognised in this category is something we’re incredibly proud of.”
