Ewan and Taryn Diven, owners of Craig Villa Guest House

The popular guest house was purchased by husband and wife team and first-time business owners Ewan and Taryn Diven in March.

Craig Villa Guest House has been a long-standing feature in the picturesque community of Dalmally, appealing to those exploring the great outdoors and those looking for an authentic highland experience.

The guest house also includes facilities for a massage and sports therapy clinic, with Taryn also a fully qualified massage therapist.

Ewan and Taryn Diven, owners and operators of Craig Villa Guest House, said: “After an extensive two-year search, we found the home and business of our dreams. With the sellers intent on making a quick sale and another prospective buyer hot on our heels, we would not have been able to make our dream a reality without the fast and reliable service provided by Royal Bank of Scotland.

“As we strive to maintain the excellent standard already set by the previous owners, we are envisioning how we can expand and grow the business to become a truly memorable highland experience that our guests will take home and treasure for a lifetime.”

Alan McNair, relationship manager at Royal Bank of Scotland, said: “It has been a pleasure working with Ewan and Taryn to secure funding for Craig Villa Guest House. Their drive and vision for the accommodation will no doubt see it become a go-to destination for tourists visiting the area and we wish them every success for the future.”
