RBS Group rebranding to take effect next week

The Royal Bank of Scotland Group has announced that it will officially be rebranded as NatWest Group on July 22.

In February this year, the lender announced the name change with Alison Rose, the bank’s CEO, labelling the change as ‘the start of a new era’ for the bank.

The bank will continue to trade under the Royal Bank brand from its branches in Scotland and will keep its registered office in Edinburgh, while operating as NatWest and Williams & Glyn elsewhere.
