RenQuip targets £2m revenue boost via new Grangemouth hub

Aberdeen-based manufacturer and rental provider of specialist industrial equipment RenQuip Ltd has announced a strategic expansion with the opening of a second operational facility in Grangemouth.
The new location represents a significant strategic step for RenQuip, positioning the company at the heart of Scotland’s energy and petrochemical corridor. Grangemouth is home to the country’s largest port and petrochemical complex and supports a high concentration of renewable energy, wind, oil & gas, carbon capture, petrochemical, and industrial construction activity.
RenQuip’s 2025 turnover grew over 40% on 2024 and are conservatively forcasting 25% growth in 2026. By establishing a local presence in Grangemouth, RenQuip aim to increase turnover by £2 million and create several local jobs in the next three years which will provide faster response times, improved service reliability, and reduced logistics costs for clients operating across central Scotland.
The depot will support the company’s rental and on-site service offerings, including flange maintenance products, controlled bolting, on-site machining and provide direct access to its growing portfolio of OEM tools.

Returning to team RenQuip to manage our new Grangemouth site is Shaun Cruickshank who brings with him a wealth of industry knowledge and the indepth familiarity of our high levels of customer first service.
The expansion has been driven by demand from clients and contractors operating in the region, who have identified a strong need for local equipment availability with responsive and reliable service support on projects across the central belt.

The Grangemouth depot will operate as a scalable regional hub, supporting rental inventory management, equipment servicing, and refurbishment, while maintaining consistent service standards aligned with RenQuip’s Aberdeen operations.
