Roddy Macleod will be one of the speakers at the forthcoming WS Society and STEP Scotland’s Private Client Conference.
The conference is an online event which will be held on Thursday 8th October 2020 from 10am to 12 noon.
The WS Society and STEP Scotland’s annual conference will cover legal, practical and tax planning matters, with a focus on developments emerging as a result of the impact of the health crisis.
Mr Macleod will present an update on recent case law in respect of Contentious Executries and Disappointed Beneficiaries.
