Bosman resigned from RBC Brewin last weeks following seven years with the firm to join Rothschild UK, which has been investing heavily on its UK wealth business.

Citywire reports that she will take on the role of managing director at Rothschild UK to oversee its regional network. She will report to Peter Hindle who was promoted to head of client teams in September 2025. 

Bosman was previously a managing director at Julius Baer before taking on the head of relationship management at head of relationship management role at RBC Wealth Management. She then took on the role of regional centre head for London and South East, after RBC was acquired by Brewin Dolphin in 2024.

She also worked at Deutsche Bank, Citi, Credit Suisse and Barclays Wealth during her career.

Chris Oliver was appointed as head of strategy and execution at the business, replacing the head of front office post previously held by James Morrell after he was promoted as the chief executive of the UK wealth business. 

It comes after the firm appointed Samantha Beach as a director and client adviser following 13-years with Barclays Private Bank. Ben Gulliford joined to lead its Midlands office and Iga Haubelt left Fidelity equity to take on a new strategy role.
