Royal Bank of Scotland serves up annual Food and Drink conference

Edinburgh is set to play host to an industry leading event with the return of Royal Bank of Scotland’s annual Food and Drink conference.

Delivered in partnership with the Food and Drink Federation Scotland at Royal Bank’s Gogarburn Conference Centre on 14 March 2023. The event will bring major industry insiders together to discuss the future of Scotland’s food and drink sector as well as potential solutions to the most pressing challenges in the market concerning sustainability, supply chain challenges and changing consumer behaviour.

Guest speakers include senior members of staff from Panther M*lk, Apex Hotels, and nationwide catering firm, Baxter Story, along with experts in the fields of climate and economics.

Delegates will also have the opportunity to network with other attendees, and experience some of Scotland’s best local produce first-hand.

Kevin Havelock, regional director, corporate, commercial and business banking Edinburgh & East of Scotland, at the Royal Bank of Scotland, said: “This event has been a longstanding highlight in our diaries, and we are delighted to be bringing it back after a brief pause.

“From periods of lockdown to export and supply chain challenges, the past few years have been turbulent for the food and drink sector, so this feels like the perfect time to reconnect with our industry colleagues as we look to the future.

“Royal Bank of Scotland has always been a champion of the food and drink industry, and we look forward to continuing to work alongside our customers to help them achieve their ambitions and drive growth.”
