Scottish Leather Group is a manufacturer of sustainable leather solutions, supplying a range of global industries including aviation, automotive, rail and luxury goods.

Working with Broadstone as its adviser, Scottish Leather Group sought a workplace pension provider that could combine strong governance, member support and digital capabilities, while providing a seamless transition for employees.

To support the transition, a dedicated employer microsite and a programme of member communications were delivered. Standard Life said that the successful completion of two direct offer transfer value exercises also helped members consolidate their retirement savings and engage more effectively with their pensions.
