Series of deals concluded at The Garment Factory as demand grows for fully equipped offices
Tailor Made Suites, Garment Factory
CBRE and Ryden have completed a series of leases at the Tailor Made Suites at The Garment Factory, a boutique office building in Glasgow’s Merchant City.
Recent agreements include Pegasus Planning Group, CC Financial Management Ltd, Switch Digital and Leading Edge Strategy Consulting Limited, all set to move in between February and June 2026. The new tenants have taken suites totalling 1,794 sq ft, joining Pro Insurance, gunnercooke and Cushman & Wakefield.
The Garment Factory, a historic Category B-listed Victorian building in Glasgow’s Merchant City, was refurbished from a 19th-century garment warehouse into a modern, flexible office hub in 2017. The building boasts six floors of office accommodation ranging from 250 to 8,500 sq ft.
In 2024, Castleforge Partners sold the building to Garment Glasgow LLP. The asset is currently managed by Landswood de Coy.
Designed to appeal to modern occupiers seeking flexibility, quality and speed of occupation, The Garment Factory’s Tailor Made Suites offer ready-to-occupy space suitable for SMEs, scale-ups and established businesses alike. These suites provide an agile workspace solution, giving companies access to the building’s amenities while benefiting from its central, character-rich location in Glasgow’s Merchant City.
Martin Speirs, director, CBRE, said: “We’re very pleased to have secured this latest series of deals, bringing Tailor Made Suites to full occupancy.
“This underscores the continued strength of demand for high-quality, fully fitted, ready-to-occupy workspace in Glasgow that enable occupiers to move in with minimal expenditure and no fit-out delays. Tenants are clearly prioritising flexibility, design and immediate usability, and the building’s offering meets these needs exceptionally well.”
Tim Jacobsen, partner, Ryden, said: “Achieving full occupancy at the Tailor Made Suites is a strong endorsement of both the quality of the space and the continued depth of demand within Glasgow’s office market.
“By combining detailed market intelligence with a proactive and creative approach to leasing, we’ve been able to secure a diverse mix of tenants and deliver an excellent outcome.”
