Ms Gilson also welcomes two new associates to the Scotland corporate team: Morgan Trigg, who is qualified in New York and England and Wales and who has experience working in Luxembourg. Aadil Anwar is due to join the team in Edinburgh later this year from Thorntons’ corporate team in Dundee.

Ms Gilson said: “I am very pleased to welcome Kimberley and Jen as legal directors and Morgan and Aadil as new associates to our corporate team in Scotland. I know they will all make a positive contribution to our growing and talented teams based across the central belt.

“The year to date has seen the corporate team in Scotland record strong results, including advising businesses within the edtech and electric transportation sectors. We have impressive credentials from providing a strong client base with clear and impactful corporate advice and I am very confident that we are in a terrific position to record an equally impressive number and value of deals into 2023.”
