Stellar Omada wins £10m HMRC contract

Edinburgh-headquartered technology services firm Stellar Omada has secured the HMRC Application Testing Services (ATS) Lot 1 contract – a five year contract valued at over £10 million.
Falling under the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Quality Assurance and Testing for IT Systems 2 Framework (RM6148), it positions Stellar Omada as a key partner in ensuring the resilience, security, and performance of the UK’s critical tax and customs digital infrastructure.
This award underlines the rapid growth at Stellar Omada, which has a headcount of circa 200 across the UK. Over the same period, the business has added new clients, with service provision expanding across the UK. Now, many of the UK’s leading banks, building societies and pension providers trust Stellar Omada to provide additional support to existing teams.
The ATS Lot 1 framework is designed to provide HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) with high-quality, end-to-end testing services. As an appointee, Stellar Omada will leverage its deep expertise in digital transformation and rigorous QA methodologies to support HMRC’s ongoing commitment to “making tax digital” and enhancing user experiences for millions of citizens.
