For almost 40 years, A&I Coaches has operated across Aberdeenshire, delivering school transport, taxi services, and vehicle maintenance to residents, businesses, and local authorities.

As part of the transition, all employees have been retained, ensuring continuity of service and preserving the experience and knowledge that have underpinned the company’s long-standing success.

Operations will continue unchanged from the company’s base at Spurryhillock Industrial Estate, with all existing services – including school transport contracts and local taxi operations – continuing as normal.

The business will also continue trading under the A&I Coaches name, maintaining the brand that customers have trusted for decades.

The new ownership aims to build on the company’s strong foundations while exploring opportunities to strengthen services and support sustainable long-term growth.
