Judges congratulated VWM for being “a well-structured firm with clear policies and procedures to support the business”, as well as “good operating frameworks, ESG investment philosophy and inclusive workplace”.

Now in their 19th year, the Gold Standard Awards 2021 provide an opportunity for firms to assess their current business model to meet the challenges facing them today and prepare for tomorrow through social and environmental responsibility.

VWM submitted 45 pages with 7,500 words of text in order to have its standards assessed across 40 areas of the business.
