He brings more than fifteen years of private equity, corporate development and advisory experience to the firm’s Leeds office. Mr McRae joins from Traditum Private Equity, where he led the origination, execution and management of investments in small-cap businesses across healthcare, consumer, industrials and technology. 

He previously held senior roles at Isara Capital and Eight Fifty Food Group, following earlier positions at Deloitte and KPMG. At Eight Fifty, he led M&A activity across acquisitions, integration and exit planning, giving him first-hand experience of helping to scale a private equity-backed business.

And now he will will focus on identifying new investment opportunities and working with founders and management teams across Yorkshire and the wider North.
