Balmoral Group, owner of the five-star Marcliffe Hotel, announced its intention to acquire Woodbank, a Shell-owned property with hotel and leisure facilities, adjacent to the existing Marcliffe site on North Deeside Road, Pitfodels, Aberdeen.
