Accountancy and business advisory firm BDO LLP has signed a 10-year lease for 8,176 sq ft of office space at 30 Semple Street, Edinburgh, signalling a significant commitment to the city. The firm will move from its current Citypoint base on Haymarket Terrace in Autumn of this year.
