Epsicap Reim

Epsicap REIM has acquired an Inverness hotel for Epsicap Nano, its small-cap focused SCPI, in a deal worth £4.1 million. This acquisition marks an important step in the SCPI's diversification strategy and constitutes its first hotel asset.
